Delicate & woven fabrics may have tiny thread pulls, slight sequin or bead misalignment, or minor fabric irregularities or may develop slight wrinkles during shipping. These are normal and do not affect the overall look or wearability of your saree, and DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE. .
💫 Refunds & Exchanges:
We consider refund or exchange only for MAJOR DEFECTS (like large tears, missing embellishments, major colour issues) or if you receive the wrong product. Refunds or exchanges will be reviewed case-by-case and offered as a full refund, partial refund, or exchange, depending on the issue.

This ensures a documented and formal resolution process for your order. Valid cases will be handled with a refund, exchange, or partial refund, depending on the situation. Complaints will be acknowledged and reviewed within 24–48 hours.
